Arkoa subscribes to a proactive, structured mentoring approach, not to be confused with the availability of an "Expert". The experience and skills of Arkoa mentors can be applied to building up knowledge and skills.

At the beginning of the project, Arkoa mentors identify the objectives for mentoring and knowledge/skills transfer for each phase of the project. During the project on a weekly basis, Arkoa mentors review performance against objectives for the preceding week and adjust the next week's objectives.
